"To overcome nerves, take your time, breathe slowly. This gives you time to compose yourself" When presenting at any level, there is always that feeling of nervousness just before you start. You may probably be thinking; How do I look? What will they think of my presentation? Will they believe me? Are they judging me? Will I remember my key points? Simple techniques that anyone can use to reduce their nervousness; 1. Set yourself up 2. Pan the Audience and the room 3. Take a deep deep breath, a couple more if you need to. Whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable. Since majority of our time when dealing or communicating with people it is on a 1 on 1 basis, but by communicating to a group of people, it is sometimes out of people's comfort zones, therefore, relax, breath, take your time and then present.

Pamella is a trainer with Neuro Linguistic Programming [NLP] knowledge, that she uses to her advantage in her presentations to make them enjoyable, fun and memorable. She has been married for forty years with three sons & six grand-children.
