Public Course
The course involves a 2 full day workshop where participants learn, develop and inspire others in a safe environment via positive reinforcement.

Corporate in house training program
Corporate public speaking training programs can be tailored to the company's need. It is generally delivered in 3 hour sessions over 6 weeks. Although a fast track 2 full day workshops can be arranged.

Peak Performance, Leadership & Management Course Background:
The most powerful and useful tool a leader has at their disposal is their own self. Good leaders know themselves and how they are likely to impact on the group. Primarily the greatest trait of a good leader, is to achieve through others (their team)

Is there such a thing as a natural born leader? OR Is leadership a process of development?

The answer to this question, either may be true, however, we at speech network has discovered that even when someone does display natural leadership abilities, they too are eager to embrace methods and processes that may enhance their abilities or in many cases affirm, confirm and embellish what they are already practicing. “Napoleon always said that soldiers cannot be managed into battle, they can only be led! Again this may be a truism, but without a managed battalion, what is there to lead? In reality one cannot achieve without the other.

We explore how people are alike and how they are different. We use proven instruments and methods to explore our own competencies, behaviour and leadership styles to explore the impact this is likely to have on ourselves, our team members and the group dynamic.
