What is speechnetwork?
speechnetwork provides practical training in areas of public speaking, leadership, team building, sales training, personal coaching, conflict resolution as well as meetings and procedures. We have over 28 years of experience in training and use practical and proven methods of training.



Speech Network Culture and Philosophy
At Speech network, we believe that public speaking and presentation are vital skills that are used in everyday life. From work to personal relationships if one cannot communicate a message effectively, whether it is for the purpose of sales, motivation of your team and leading, then one cannot achieve to it's maximum potential.

This is why at speech network, we strongly believe in fostering and empowering the spirit and confidence of each individual to achieve their maximum potential in communication skills. By empowering each individual to unleash their confidence and communication skills this will provide a positive impact on their lives when they finish the training.

Pamella G. Vernon - Souris
Senior trainer

Pamella has been a professional training consultant for over 28 years. Her field of expertise is in the area of business management, public speaking, professional presentation skills, interpersonal relationships, communications, leadership, team building, time planning, meeting procedure, real estate sales & auctioneering training.

Pamella is a trainer with Neuro Linguistic Programming [NLP] knowledge, that she uses to her advantage in her presentations to make them enjoyable, fun and memorable. She has been married for forty years with three sons & six grand-children.

She has been involved in conducting training programs for some of Australia's largest companies and organisations in both the public and private sectors.
one of her greatest assets is in ensuring that all participants in her training workshops learn practical skills which are both relevant to and of great value in day to day activities and their careers.

Pamella has been a Toastmaster since 1984, in that time she has served in many varied positions;
- Area Governor
- Division Governor
- Lt. Governor Marketing 1991-92
- Lt Governor Education & Training
- elected District Governor NSW & ACT 1994/95

Pamella has also been the recipient of several Toastmasters International awards that are only give to a select few each year. These include;

Pamella's most outstanding achievement was that of District Governor NSW & ACT where her leadership took our Australian District to number 6 in the world which rewarded her work with the coveted, "President's Select Distinguished District Leadership Award 1994-95"

In Business, Pamella firstly started with her husband a company in Television Sales, Service & Rentals, she then moved on to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent working with her husband to build Combined Real Estate as a Franchise Group.

- Under Pamella's role as a Franchise Director Combined Real Estate increased their franchised offices from 18 offices to over 60 offices in an astounding two year period. Combined Real Estate was a forerunner of Century 21 Australasia

Pamella Attributes much of her success to her confidence, self esteem, personal growth and her involvement within the Toastsmasters Organisation.

With over 20 years in training and development for the private and public sector, experience and practical methods has enabled Pamella to successfully deliver on investments, working directly with companies to develop their team goals, successfully developing each participants confidence and naturally this has led Pamella to establish the most comprehensive and enviable trained client list.

Pamella training style has provided the perfect solution to private and public sectors, non-profits, politicians, students and executives.

John Murray
Trainer

John Murray is the 2004 recipient of the Human Rights Community Award (Individual) winner awarded by the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission (HREOC) for promoting the human rights for young people in institutionalized care. John’s expertise lies in media and public relations. Having worked as an advisor for prominent members of the NSW State Parliament, John has trained and given advice over the last 10 years in how to deal with the media, development of national media campaign strategy and media management, running of press conferences.

In John’s earlier years, he was the former co-host of the 2SER FM weekly program and in 2000 was the awarded the Highly Commended Media Award, awarded by the NSW Law Society.

Having achieved front page articles on Australia's top selling newspapers, his experience and with his in-depth expertise adds tremendous value to speech network's media training workshops.

Sam Ades
Training Co-ordinator

Sam has been involved in public speaking training for over 10 years. Sam's background is in sales and has always been at grass roots in communication with the general public. Sam sales and training skills has been well developed with a thorough mindset and has partly been inspired by his father Joe Ades, a renowned street seller turned multi-millionaire, featured in the May 2006 Front Cover of Vanity Fair to embrace all aspects of the sales process.

Sam has also performed both on stage and film as well as invited as a masters of cermonies and is a qualified marriage celebrant.

Willis Phong
Business Development Manager
B.Business (Accounting & Finance)
Masters of Law & Legal Practice (currently studying)

Willis was intitally trained by Pamella in the public speaking & presentation, management and leadership courses. After inspired by the works of Pamella, he has joined speechnetworks as a business development manager.

Willis's background has resided strongly in real estate, financial services including forex market and lending. Willis is also keenly involved with non-profits and charities.

Starting off his career in promotions, within 3 months he achieved the #1 promotor in the NSW region.

Following on from promotions Willis moved into real estate, working in business development in which he rebranded the organistion, streamlined processe, refined the marketing strategy and built a project marketing division. Within 6 months the business has increased profitability by several folds and has listed in over 30 projects valued at over $400M.

Soughting new challenges, Willis opened his own financial services business, specialising in commercial and residential financing. Upon selling of the business he has successfully built up a high volume loan book and a long lasting business model.

Willis volunteers with a non-profit and works closely with local councillors and members of parliament to address local community issues and human rights.

Willis has obtained a Bachelor of Businss with Majors in Accounting and Finance at University of Technology Sydney (UTS). He is currently studying a Masters of Law & Legal Practice also at UTS.
